Professor Dominguez has served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Thurgood Marshall School of Law and as an adjunct law professor at Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law. He has taught International Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, and Appellate Advocacy. He has over twenty years of practice experience, including as a Tribal Appellate Judge, as the executive director of a legal aid foundation, as a prosecutor for the Int’l Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (United Nations), as deputy county counsel, as a deputy city attorney, as a deputy district attorney, and as a member of the Santa Barbara City Council.
