Benefit Services supports the overall vision, goals and objectives of the University of Idaho by providing a wide variety of benefit and retirement related services. Benefit Specialists are trained and experienced in assisting faculty and staff to understand and navigate through the eligibility and selection of medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance benefits in addition to leaves of absence and retirement planning.

We are here to assist you during annual enrollment, through your daily life change and during those times requiring personal or family leaves. We are also specialized in, and available to help guide you down the path of retirement planning.
