Understanding Health with Modeling
Tanya Miura, Christine Parent, Paul Rowley and Holly Wichman — faculty members in the UI College of Science’s Department of Biology — and Bert Baumgaertner, an assistant professor of philosophy in the College of Letters, Arts and Society Sciences, received a combined $2.13 million from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for six projects through the Center for Modeling Complex Interactions.
