Submit a Proposal
Office of Research and Economic Development staff are available to assist University of Idaho faculty, staff and students as they submit proposals for externally sponsored agreements, including grants and contracts.
For the required review and approval of all proposals, contact the Office of Sponsored Programs Pre-Award Administration and enter your proposal to the electronic research administration system. The Sponsored Programs Administrators are responsible for reviewing all proposals prior to submission to ensure compliance with U of I and sponsoring agency policies. Your Departmental Grant Administrator can provide additional guidance.
The Office of Sponsored Programs requires that your final proposal materials are uploaded to VERAS (and the agency submission portal when applicable) for review and approval, at the very latest, four full business days prior to the sponsoring agency’s deadline.
