IACUC is using the VERAS electronic system for protocol submissions, amendments, adverse events and protocol deviations. Instructions for reporting adverse events and protocol deviations can be found here.
When submitting a renewal protocol, it is the principal investigator’s responsibility to ensure all previously approved procedures that are ongoing are included on the renewal protocol form.
All IACUC Submissions must be turned in by the close of business on the First Thursday of the month in order to be considered at that month's meeting.

A Veterinary Drug Order Form must be used to order controlled drugs and other veterinary prescription drugs and supplies. Submit the completed form to the Campus Veterinarian at firstname.lastname@example.org.
