Preserving Community History

Devin Becker, head of Data and Digital Services at the UI Library, and Erin Stoddart, head of Special Collections and Archives at the UI Library, received $11,849 from the National Endowment for the Humanities for “Preserving the Recent for the Future: Generating the Latah County Common Heritage Collection through Community Digitization.” Learn more about this project.

Larry Forney, Distinguished Professor of Biological Sciences, received a total of $980,492 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for the 2016 portion of the Institute for Bioinformatics and Evolutionary Studies (IBEST) COBRE Phase III award.
