Majors and Degrees
Our academic programming includes undergraduate majors in entomology and global disease ecology, the only programs of their kind in the Pacific Northwest. We also offer minors in entomology and plant protection, a master’s degree in plant pathology, and master’s and doctorate degrees in entomology.
The minor in entomology provides an introduction to a range of entomological knowledge and is great for students interested in insects, their management and their role in natural and agricultural ecosystems.
Plant Protection Minor
The minor in plant protection introduces students to a broad range of pest management subjects including weed control, plant pathology, invasive plant biology and pesticides in the environment.
