MyUI — Your personalized Vandal dashboard

MyUI is your centralized hub for self-service academic and professional tools. Customized to your role as a student or employee, it makes it easy to complete everyday tasks and access the systems you use most.

In MyUI, you can:

• Check class schedules and view grades
• Access Canvas, email and Office 365
• Review financial aid information or pay bills
• Submit or approve timesheets
• Navigate to other U of I self-service tools
• Manage daily academic or work responsibilities 

Inside U of I — Your university intranet

Inside U of I is the university’s internal information hub, providing quick access to key resources, campus updates and departmental tools. It’s where students and employees stay informed and connected to the broader U of I community.

• Inside U of I is your place to:
• Locate student and employee support services
• Access college, department or unit-specific resources
• Review HR policies, forms and operational procedures
• Read internal news, announcements and campus updates 

Resources for U of I students

In addition to MyUI and Inside U of I, the university offers several other tools designed to help students stay connected and supported. These resources also require U of I credentials to access:

• VandalMail – Access your official university email for class updates, announcements and campus communications.
• Canvas – Access course materials, submit assignments and track academic progress.
• Vandal Card Services – Access services to obtain or replace your official U of I ID card.
• Student Technology Center (STC) - Access technical support and get help with network assistance, printing and account management.

• Canvas – Access course materials, review submitted assignments and track academic progress.
• Bridge@UofI – Access mandatory training, professional development modules and departmental learning pathways.
• VandalMail – Access your official university email for class updates, announcements and campus communications.
• Banner – Manage timesheets, tax forms and personal information through U of I’s administrative system.
• Argos – Run departmental and institutional reports using the university’s reporting and analytics tool.
• Jaggaer – Manage purchasing, requisitions, supplier information and contract workflows through the university’s procurement platform.
