Consider scheduling your visit to include a community event, campus activity or athletic game. There’s so much to see and do in Moscow.

Moscow has four distinct seasons each featuring a wide variety of weather. Pack for the forecast and bring layers. Because of the rolling hills surrounding the campus, the weather is often very different from other parts of Idaho, so plan accordingly.

Don’t forget to explore lodging options in nearby Pullman, Washington, (eight miles west) and Lewiston (33 miles south) for even more choices.

If you’re visiting for an official U of I campus tour, event or sporting event, keep an eye on the website or email for specific parking information. If you’re visiting for another reason, check in with Parking and Transportation Services or stop by the Intermodal Transit Center for options. Read and comply with all posted signage in parking areas.
