Find an Internship
Get internships while you're in college. Find internships, research opportunities for undergrads, student media work and more on our Handshake system. All you have to do is log in and narrow the possibilities.
Get Ready to Apply for Jobs
Beautify your resume and brush up your interview skills at the Career Services Center. Did you know you can get personalized pre-career counseling, tips for your resume and interview practice? It’s a service available to you throughout your college career and even after you graduate.
Join a Group
Join the student group of a professional organization. Most industries have professional organizations, which operate as networking hubs for people like you who are motivated and hungry for an amazing career. Many of the student groups you join are connected to actual professional associations — which means you'll rub shoulders with industry giants as a student. Network and create those personal relationships. It can help you land that amazing job.
Get a Summer Job
Don’t say no to a summer job. Use resources at college to find a summer gig in your interest area. You'll gain relevant experience all summer long by making sure your summer job will give you opportunities in your career field. Make the connections and build relationships with people who may be willing to help you in the future.
