Event parking at U of I Boise
If you are hosting an event at the Idaho Water Center and want to provide event parking passes for your guests, please contact The Car Park parking manager Janeen Bronson at jbronson@thecarpark.com ahead of your event. Your guests will follow the same garage entry process as U of I Boise visitors (see above). Instructions for deliveries and catering
Please have catering vehicles unload/load at the loading dock behind the IWC building.
Direct them to use the same entrance as visitors and pull a ticket at the booth. After pulling a ticket, they should continue driving past the garage entrance and take a right into the alley. They can use the loading dock entrance to unload/load and park as needed. They will exit the same way they entered and pay for their parking (if they stay longer than an hour) with the attendant.
