Box Office
Ticket printing and sales will be handled by the UI Ticket Office or other authorized agencies. The event promoter may arrange other ticket outlets upon notification and approval of Kibbie Dome Management. Only tickets authorized by Kibbie Dome Management will be honored for admission to any and all events at the Kibbie Dome. Cost for all printing and sale of tickets will be charged to the event sponsor.
Location
The Box Office is located on the west end of the Kibbie Dome during events and in the east end of the Kibbie Dome during regular business hours.
Hours
Regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. The Box Office on the west end of the Dome is open 2 hours prior to the start of events.
Will Call
There is a window dedicated to will call located in the same building as the ticket office just west of the Dome. A separate VIP Will Call is located at the southeast entrance. ID is required.
Payments
Methods of payment accepted include Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
