Food for Fines

It's back! Our 4th Annual "Food for Fines" BINGO runs this year from November 2, 2020 through November 25, 2020.

Which citations are eligible?

  • $25 Meter Citations.
  • $30 Permit Citations.

How many can I pay with food?

  • One citation received between November 2, 2020 and November 25, 2020.
  • PLUS: up to two citations received between November 2, 2019 and November 1, 2020.

How does this work?

Where do I bring my BINGO items?

  • Bring BINGO items to our office at 1006 Railroad Street.
    • Corner of Sweet and Railroad, inside the Intermodal Transit Center.

Where do the donated items go?

  • Donated items will go to the Vandal Pantry and local food banks.

Important Notes:

  • No expired items will be accepted.
  • Only items listed on BINGO cards will be accepted.
  • Any regular size product is acceptable.
    • No "sample", "mini", or "travel."
  • Donate something that you would actually use.


No one enjoys receiving a parking citation but now we have a popular opportunity to help our fellow Vandals and our Moscow community put food on the table this holiday season!
