Flu Vaccines
Getting a flu vaccine is more important than ever during 2021-2022 to protect yourself, your family and our campus and community from flu. A flu vaccine this season can also help reduce the burden on our healthcare systems responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and save medical resources for care of COVID-19 patients.
University of Idaho is partnering with Rite Aid Pharmacy to host mass flu vaccine clinics on campus. Providing health insurance policy information is required and insurance will be billed directly by Rite Aid. Most plans cover the annual flu vaccine as preventative care at 100%, including the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) and U of I employee prescription and medical plans. Check with your insurance provider to verify your benefits.
