Mental Health Month
May is Mental Health Month!
Mental Health Month has been observed since 1949 and seeks to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and offer education and trainings in mental health topics. This year, Vandal Health Education is observing Mental Health Month with opportunities for faculty, staff and students to be trained to respond to mental health concerns and enhance mental wellbeing.
Everyone has the blues, feels anxious, loses interest in things, or gets stressed out. Prolonged feelings that interfere with daily life can be more serious.
