Annual medical exams for healthy female adults are typically not necessary, however particular screenings are recommended for women under 40 years of age with no signs or symptoms of related health problems:
- Gynecological Exams every two to three years starting at 21
- Self Breast Exams monthly
- Blood Pressure Screening every two years
- Blood work for Cholesterol Screenings every five years
- Any other specific areas of concern
