Events and activities
You can expect a welcoming and supportive community that will enhance your university experience. Each month, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in activities designed to help you build connections with other residents and make apartment living more enjoyable.
Whether you're looking to meet neighbors, learn new skills or simply take a break from your routine, there's always something happening to bring the apartment community together.
Student and professional staff
On-campus apartment residents have access to their on-call Apartment Community Assistant (ACA) who is responsible for the general administration, community development and implementation of student life activities in each apartment complex. Each month features a new family-based activity to promote a sense of community and connection in the on-campus apartments.
A professional staff member is assigned to the on-campus apartments to assist residents with questions, address community concerns and host engagement through monthly activities.
Tower Trick-or-Treat
Students and families in on-campus apartments are invited to bring children to the Tower Trick-or-Treat event each year. This beloved tradition has welcomed more than 1,000 families into our fully decorated 11-story Theophilus Tower, providing local school-aged children with a fun and safe place to trick-or-treat for more than 40 years. Bring your family and enjoy a festive night of Halloween excitement while connecting with fellow Vandals and the local community. Follow @uidahohousing on Facebook or Instagram for more information.
