Peer Educator Application
Interested in helping create a healthy campus? Sign up to be a peer educator! Peer educators with Vandal Health Education are University of Idaho students from any academic department. Peer educators will receive training through the BACCHUS Network and become Certified Peer Educators. Peer educators often receive internship credits for their service, however, some choose to be peer educators on a volunteer basis. Peer educators are key members of the Vandal Health Education team and work to improve student, staff, and faculty’s knowledge of health education information, resources, and events. Peer educators plan, organize, and implement high-quality health education programs, workshops, and events to the campus community. Peer educators enjoy feeling like they are making a difference on campus. Apply today by filling out the form below!
Upon completion of the form, you will hear from Vandal Health Education staff within seven (7) days. The staff member will contact you to schedule an interview and time for a short presentation. Please prepare a 10-15 minute presentation on a health topic of your choice. More details will be available via email.
