Student organizations
Taking leadership roles in student organizations sharpens your organizational skills and connects you with the broader legal community. Student organizations participate in public service, bring distinguished speakers to the college, build community awareness of important issues and much more.
If you would like to learn more about our student organizations, contact Greg Sergienko, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs in Moscow, at gsergienko@uidaho.edu or Leon Samuels, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs in Boise, at lsamuels@uidaho.edu.
Student organizations in the College of Law are governed and recognized by the Student Bar Association (SBA), the law school student government body.
Student Bar Association (SBA)
The Student Bar Association (SBA) represents every law student at the University of Idaho College of Law. As a student, you're automatically a member and can get involved in shaping the student experience. The SBA supports and funds student organizations, plans events and promotes leadership, service and professional development. Through SBA-sponsored activities like guest speakers, networking events and skills workshops, you’ll find ways to connect with your peers, grow your legal knowledge and make the most of your time in law school.
