Retroactive Pay Request Form

Please submit a Retroactive Pay Request (RPR) for employees requesting pay for previous pay periods. The form is NOT for use for the current pay period.

Requirements:

1. Entering "late EPAF" alone is not a valid reason for incomplete timesheets. Additional explanation is required.
2. The employee must still be active in the position RPR is requested for. If not, use the Special Check Request instead.
3. The pay period for which pay is requested must be within the employee's active employment period.
4. If the employee regularly fills out a timesheet, a timesheet must be uploaded to the form.
