Idaho Student Union Building | Teaching and Learning Center
The Idaho Student Union Building and TLC are connected buildings. Part of the Idaho Student Union Building, the TLC is the primary classroom facility on campus and is home to thirty-six classrooms, seating over 1,800 students at any given time. It has three floors of classrooms: ground floor (numbers 022-051), first floor (numbers 122-149) and second floor (numbers 222-249). View floor map .
The TLC does not have meeting rooms but does house a variety of important university services and support.
TLC Services and Support Available:
The Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) construction began in 2003 and opened its doors to the University of Idaho community in 2005. Built utilizing the former University Classroom Center’s skeleton, the three-level TLC includes over 30 state-of-the-art classroom, featuring teaching podiums with multimedia and internet access. The building also offers a classroom computer lab and other active learning spaces for students, faculty and the general university community.
