The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is committed to delivering friendly, timely and customer-focused technology support service statewide. Our role is to help the university meet its goals and help all students, faculty, staff and other constituencies succeed.

Need help? 

  • The Student Technology Center (STC) provides technical support to University of Idaho students and admitted students statewide. 
  • The Technology Support Portal list several IT related services, including the ability to submit a support request. 
  • MyUI (requires a U of I login) offers each student and employee a personalized dashboard that provides access to content and real-time data using individual configurable "cards".
  • Visit OIT's Knowledge Base for guides and support documentation. 
  • Employees and enrolled students, visit OIT's Inside U of I intranet for additional information.
