Civil and Environmental Engineering
Real-world solutions for safer, stronger communities
Design sustainable infrastructure that makes life safer for all, enables economic prosperity and create harmony between natural and built environments.
University of Idaho civil and environmental engineering students and faculty work directly with communities to improve transportation and building infrastructure, mitigate natural hazards and protect water resources and quality.
The department offers undergraduate civil engineering and geological engineering programs on campus in Moscow and civil engineering and geological engineering graduate degrees online through Engineering Outreach and in Moscow and Boise.
