College of Engineering mentorship programs

University of Idaho’s College of Engineering will pair you with mentors who have similar life experiences. You’ll engage as a mentee in activities through the following programs. 

College of Engineering mentorship program

Build community, network, develop new skills and learn from professional engineers working in industry. This program pairs engineering students with employees from leading industries across the nation. All participants receive a $500 award.

Society of Women Engineers (SWE) mentorship program

Connect with current students through peer-to-peer mentorship and engagement. Open to all students who are SWE members, this program pairs first-year engineering students and current Society of Women Engineers (SWE) members with senior leadership in the program.
