Palouse French Film Festival Begins Oct. 3

Every Tuesday evening from Oct. 3 through Oct. 24, the Kenworthy will show a film presented in French with English subtitles as part of the eighth annual Palouse French Film Festival. All films will begin at 7 p.m. In addition, there will be opening and closing receptions held at 6 p.m. on Oct. 3 and at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 24 at the Kenworthy.

International theater artist and activist Marco Magoa will give a free presentation on his personal experience with recent political upheaval in the Arab world and the Syrian refugee crisis at 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, in the Vandal Ballroom at the Bruce M. Pitman Center. This event is free of charge and open to all.
