If you can’t be there in person, check out gatherings and pre-games near you, or set up your own. Reunion FAQs
What do you charge for reunion services?
Depending on your group’s needs, we charge $5-$10 per registrant. This cost is built into attendees’ reunion cost and covers the professional staff contact, nametags and signage, and coordination with our campus partners, your volunteers and any community partnerships included in the scope of your event.
Is Homecoming a good time for a reunion?
Yes and no. Homecoming and other fall weekends surrounding home football games are a great time to rally around the university and connect with your college friends. However, because these weekends are hugely popular, overnight accommodations are in high demand with rooms booked months or even a year in advance. Our neighbors at Washington State University also have many fall weekend events that bring thousands of Cougars to the Palouse. If you can plan your reunion at least a year in advance, we will do our best to make your reunion weekend a success.
Where can we stay in Moscow?
Alumni Relations has partnerships with local hotels and motels and can secure room blocks for your attendees. You can also check VRBO, Airbnb and other sites to search for temporary rental options throughout the community.
What can a reunion group do in Moscow?
Reunion groups can schedule as much or as little of their attendees’ time as they would like. We offer and coordinate campus tours, wine/beer tours, meals on- or off-campus, special banquets, group transportation, local tours, lectures from faculty, presentations from students and more. Alumni Relations will help you decide what your attendees will want to do while they are in Moscow to create a fun and memorable experience.
