As a student in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, you are automatically considered for more than 400 scholarships — no separate application required. Eligibility is based on factors such as your major, GPA, enrollment status and, in some cases, financial need.

Each year, the college awards nearly $1 million in scholarships to incoming and current students. More than half of CALS students receive direct scholarship support. When combined with external scholarships and tuition waivers, CALS students receive more than $3.5 million in total financial support annually.

    Chobani Scholars

The Chobani Scholars program is a multi-year scholarship program to support students from Idaho’s Magic Valley as they pursue a degree related to agriculture. Funded by Chobani, this scholarship program recognizes the importance of supporting students from the Magic Valley who wish to obtain a college degree but may not have the financial capacity to do so on their own.
