Proof of enrollment and degree verification
Enrollment verification is an official document that can be used to verify enrollment status for purposes of health insurance coverage, auto insurance discounts, loan deferments, scholarships, etc.
University of Idaho has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide both proof of enrollment and degree verifications.
Agencies or employers requesting verification of a student's degree or enrollment should request this information directly through the National Student Clearinghouse DegreeVerify service.
University of Idaho Registrar's Office does not monitor your anticipated graduation date nor require you to graduate within a specific time, therefore an anticipated graduation date cannot be independently verified.
Requesting verification of your earned degree
If you need verification of a degree you already earned, you should request a copy of your transcript.
Proof of future enrollment
If you need verification of enrollment prior to the beginning of the semester, you may print a copy of your Advanced Registration certificate to provide to a requestor until the official enrollment verification becomes available after the beginning of the semester. The Advanced Registration certificate may also be accessed from the Proof of Enrollment link on your Student Profile. If an Advanced Registration certificate is not available, you may print a copy of your schedule from Schedule Planner in the Student Profile menu.
