Palousafest is the premier welcome back event on campus. Each year 3,000 to 5,000 new students, returning students, and community members attend this street fair to browse hundreds of student organizations, campus departments, and local businesses and non-profits and find out how to get involved with the Palouse community.
Date: Saturday, Aug. 22
Time: 4:30 p.m. load in, 5:30-7:30 p.m. street fair
Registration open: Wednesday, May 6 through Friday, Aug. 7
In the event that this event is cancelled due to ongoing COVID-19 related concerns, groups will be refunded for their table reservations.

Table registration is available May 6 through Aug. 7. Registration is available by affiliation as follows:
- May 6 - ASUI Affiliated Student Organizations (ASOs)
- May 13 - Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs)
- May 20 - All campus departments and community organizations
Free for current ASOs, RSOs and University of Idaho affiliates or departments. $30 per table for public entities, non-profits, community partners and all others. An invoice with payment instructions will be sent after the reservation form is approved.
Yes. Those interested in registering for a table once our limit has been reached will be added to a wait list. You will be contacted by Aug. 14 if a table becomes available for you.
Tables will be provided for you. If you would like to have a chair for the event please plan to bring your own.
No. The sale of merchandise is prohibited at Palousafest. This is an information sharing event only.
