Student Accounts
The Student Accounts Office coordinates charges and billing for all U of I student accounts including:
- Applying tuition, fee, room, meals and family housing charges to student accounts
- Processing Student Health Center, U of I Library dues, parking tickets and other miscellaneous charges
- Administrating payment plans
- Distributing financial aid refunds
- Assisting students who have third party sponsors
The Student Accounts Office also maintains cashier windows for supporting cash transactions concerning University of Idaho. The services include:
- Receipting cash, checks and credit/debit card transactions
- Disbursing certain cash/check payments
Cashiers receipt all types of student and/or employee payments and departmental deposits.

Manage your student account online
Log in to MyUI, open the Accounts and Billing card, and click Make a Payment to view or pay your bill.
