I Am Resilient Virtual 5K
Run, walk, hike, or bike in our 5K supporting Mental Health Awareness Month as part of De-Stress Fest.
Date: May 2 - May 8
Who: Students, faculty, staff and community members
You can choose your own route. Go at your own pace and time it yourself. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines. Participants who sign up are asked to complete the 5K between Sunday, May 2 - Saturday, May 8. Submit a photo of your 5k journey and you will be entered into a drawing for a Hydroflask water bottle.
