Connect with Our Students In-Person
Career Services invites you to campus to network with, interview and hire U of I students and alumni. Career fairs held twice annually. A Teacher Career Fair for school districts is held during the spring semester, typically in early April. Get more information on our Career Fairs.

Hosting an informational table on campus is a great way to reach students and get your brand in front of them! The Idaho Student Union Building (ISUB) is a high-traffic student center in the heart of campus. You can request tabling at the ISUB or other campus locations through Handshake or by contacting Career Services at 208-885-6121.
Speaking in the classroom is a great opportunity to get your organization's information in front of a targeted audience and to drum up promotion for your info session. We are happy to provide connections to faculty for you to explore. Please call us at 208-885-6121 and we will be happy to pass along that information.
Career Services can arrange private space on campus to conduct candidate interviews at no cost. We also offer phone and video conferencing resources to students for employers who are unable to come to campus. You can arrange an on-campus interview schedule through Handshake or call us at 208-885-6121.
Employers should arrange their interviews at least six to eight weeks prior to their visit to allow adequate time for scheduling. We are happy to work with employers on shorter notice, but please be aware interview schedules may be light.
Career Services can help make the most of employer resources. We are available for consultation, whether you're looking to start an internship program, expand your connection points on campus or are visiting campus for the first time.
Consultation services are typically most beneficial to small non-profits and new businesses that might not have a formal human resources office to support recruitment.
