As the first graduate of University of Idaho’s Dual Credit Certificate in education, his goal is to teach college credit courses in high school while making sure his students have everything they need to thrive.

Financial support for art and architecture students


The College of Art and Architecture at University of Idaho offers various scholarship opportunities to support you in your academic pursuits. These scholarships recognize academic excellence, design talent and provide financial assistance to both undergraduate and graduate students.

Available scholarships and assistantships

  • Architecture scholarships for continuing students: Awarded based on an application and portfolio review. The next application deadline is the end of January 2026. Interested students should check back here for specific deadline and application.
  • Graduate Teaching Assistantships (GTAs): Competitive positions that provide a stipend and tuition waivers. Applications for the 2026–2027 academic year are due at the end of January 2026.  Interested students should check back here for specific deadline and application to apply.
  • Incoming freshmen scholarships: Automatically considered for scholarship funding as part of the admissions process.
