Lyndsey Archer
Lyndsey Archer is an award-winning experiential designer known for immersive environments in retail, hospitality and entertainment. With a background in interior architecture and entertainment design, she crafts destinations that engage audiences and leave lasting impressions.
She spent more than a decade shaping large-scale, one-of-a-kind projects bringing awe-inspiring new worlds and characters to life for a world-wide entertainment company. As co-founder of Studio Archer, she has led high-profile work for brand names you would recognize, merging storytelling with spatial design to redefine how people experience place.

Mark de Reus
Mark de Reus, founding partner of de Reus Architects, is known for designing acclaimed resorts, residences and hospitality destinations. He launched the firm in 2005 on Hawai‘i Island and now leads studios in Sun Valley and Maui.
Honored with multiple awards, including the University of Idaho Silver & Gold Award for his distinguished record of achievement and service, his work has been widely published. In 2010 he earned a place on Architectural Digest’s AD100 list of the world’s top architects. He has also authored two design books, Tropical Experience and Sanctuary.

Kate Holgate
With over 20 years of experience, Kate is driven to execute unique marketing solutions while staying true to results-driven strategy. She had led award-winning creative campaigns for clients in architecture, healthcare, education, housing, energy, transportation and outdoor recreation. Kate is a proud Board Member of The Children's Home Society of Idaho, serves as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Idaho College of Art and Architecture, and is currently adjunct faculty at Boise State University in the College of Innovation and Design. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and properly embarrassing her teenagers as often as possible.
