Why choose Idaho Law?

  • In-state tuition for all: No matter where you’re from, you’ll pay in-state tuition your first year of law school. And, through the Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP), you’ll continue to pay in-state tuition all three years. Even if you’re not WRGP-eligible, you’ll still pay in-state your first year and can establish Idaho residency to continue paying in-state for years two and three.
  • Two dynamic campuses: Choose between our Moscow campus, nestled in a traditional college town, or our Boise campus, located in the heart of Idaho’s legal and governmental hub.
  • Personalized attention: With an average enrollment of about 500 students and a Student-Faculty ratio of 9.2 to 1, our community fosters close relationships between students and faculty, ensuring individualized support throughout your legal education.
  • Practice-ready lawyers: 92% of our Idaho Law Class of 2024 were employed or pursuing a graduate degree within 10 months of graduation.
  • Three optional areas of emphasis: Specialize in business law, Native American law or natural resources and conservation law.
