Proctoring services
The University of Idaho Testing Center offers secure, professional proctoring services for students, employees and community members who need to take an exam in a monitored setting.
Whether you're completing a university exam, a certification test or an exam from another institution, our facility provides a comfortable and secure testing environment with the equipment and support you need.
Our testing space includes:
- 13 individual, partitioned workstations
- Noise-canceling headphones
- Adjustable chairs and ergonomic monitors
- Continuous video monitoring for security
- Prompt return of completed exams

Service hours
Proctoring is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., by appointment only. Please schedule in advance to ensure availability.
Fees
- U of I students: $20 per hour
- Non-U of I testers (community members, other institutions): $25 per hour
Fees are due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, check or credit card.
