North Idaho Fertilizer Guide: Alfalfa

CIS0447

September 12, 2005

Fertilizer improves plant growth and productivity. An entry in the northern Idaho Fertilizer Guide series, this three-page publication offers fertilizer guidelines for lime and nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, boron, molybdenum, and other micronutrients based on relationships between soil tests and yield responses for alfalfa. Also includes agronomy/water-quality considerations. The suggested rates should produce above-average yields.
