Ms. Sant has a bachelor's degree from the Utah State University (USU) in nutrition and food sciences with an emphasis in dietetics and a master's degree from USU in nutrition. Her programs have won 16 regional and national awards from the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (NEAFCS) as well as eight other regional and national awards. Ms. Sant has served on the executive board for NEAFCS and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Exam Test Committee.
