Graduate Student Essentials Workshop Series Begins Sept. 3

A five-week Graduate Student Essentials Workshop Series begins at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, in room 120 of the Library or via Zoom. Workshops last for one hour. The first session is titled, "Research Refresher" and will familiarize graduate students with the resources available to get started on research. The workshops are specifically designed for the benefit of graduate students but any student may attend. Visit the website for all the workshop descriptions and information. Read more

Regular Campus Parking Rules Back In Effect

Summer Break parking regulations have concluded for another year. Permits or payments are required in all parking lots and spaces on campus per posted signs. U of I Parking Rules and Regulations can be found on the Parking and Transportation Services website. If you will be parking on campus and have not yet purchased a permit, please do so as soon as possible. If you are considering alternative transportation, please visit Parking’s Alternative Transportation webpages. Read more

Online Safety Courses Required for Incoming Vandals

Incoming undergraduate students under the age of 24 are required to complete AlcoholEdu and Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates, two online safety courses. The courses provide knowledge and skills students need to make healthy, informed decisions. Read more
