Chelsea Pennick McIver is a researcher and Ph.D. candidate with the Policy Analysis Group. Previously she spent 7 years with the Forest Industry Research Program at the University of Montana's Bureau of Business and Economic Research leading analyses of the forest products industry across the Western US.
