U of I Boise has multiple rooms available in the Idaho Water Center to fit your needs. Ready to book your space? Complete the form below to submit your reservation request.

Room scheduling requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to university programming in the following order:

• University of Idaho academic courses
• University of Idaho non-academic programs
• Non-U of I events

Requests for meetings and event spaces are open 60 days prior to the start of an academic semester or summer session.
