Event Planning

For the safety of our guests, students, staff and faculty, the University of Idaho Boise is accepting tentative University of Idaho room reservations only. All requests must follow the social distancing numbers set for all of our meeting/event spaces. We will re-evaluate this after Jan. 25, 2021. Contact with questions.

If you're interested in reserving space in one of our classrooms or seminar rooms at the University of Idaho Boise Idaho Water Center building, or if you're looking to reserve the event space Legacy Pointe, be sure to visit the description pages that outline room arrangement options, technological capabilities and room rates. You can request any of these rooms from the online room request forms.

Room Scheduling Priority Order

  • University of Idaho academic courses or classes
  • University of Idaho non-academic programs

Requests for meetings and events are open 60-days prior to the start of an academic semester or summer session.

Kitchen and Lounge

Kitchens for common use are found on floors two and three. They are equipped with refrigerators, microwaves and dishwashers. Lounge areas for common use are found on floors one through five. Vending machines are located on the first floor.
