This website includes resources for completing employee management tasks within the university’s online systems.
PeopleAdmin is an applicant tracking and position management system, used to create position descriptions, post jobs, manage applicants and get hiring approvals. PeopleAdmin is also used to manage or revise existing position descriptions for faculty and staff.
Banner is an enterprise system used to manage finance, human resources and student information. General training is provided by Employee Development and Learning and must be completed before being able to submit EPAFs or Supervisor Assignments.
Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF)
EPAFs are submitted through Banner to create and update employee records. An accurate EPAF is necessary for an employee's salary to be paid accurately and on time.
Resources for running employee and payroll reports in Banner are also available.
Supervisors for each employee are assigned/updated in Banner. It is required for all employees to have an appropriate supervisor assigned at all times.
