In the University of Idaho College of Engineering, sponsorship plays a vital role in advancing our mission. Through generous support from industry partners, alumni and organizations, engineering and computer science students gain access to hands-on learning opportunities, state-of-the-art research facilities and engage in real-world engineering challenges.

    Ways to Give

Support scholarships, laboratory upgrades, student conference and competition participation, capstone projects and innovative research that prepares vandal graduates to lead in their fields.

    Provide scholarship opportunities for students

Many U of I students face an average unmet financial need of $4,500 annually. To bridge this gap, the College of Engineering is expanding funding opportunities to help students access and afford a college education.

Support faculty-led research and student mentorship

Connect undergraduate and graduate students to paid research internship, assistantship and scholar program opportunities alongside faculty mentors.

Help students find belonging through student clubs, conferences and competitions

Enrich student experiences by supporting community, collaboration, hands-on learning and professional development through involvement in clubs and competition teams.

Enhance student access to advanced labs and equipment

Investments in laboratories and equipment ensure our college provides the educational experiences that industry need, integrating cutting-edge technological skills and prioritizing critical thinking, collaboration, and comprehensive problem-solving abilities.
