    Health and wellbeing curriculum

    University of Idaho Extension has developed peer-reviewed curriculum to help teach Idahoans about a variety of health and wellbeing topics.

    Ready, Set, Food Safe

    This curriculum teaches food safety to high school students interested in receiving a State of Idaho-approved certificate in food safety.

    Seafood at its Best

    This curriculum provides lessons to help educate citizens about the current dietary advice surrounding seafood.

    Feeding Young Children in Group Settings

    This educational program is designed for anyone who trains parents or staff on issues related to feeding children.

    Five for Five

    This innovative five-minute exercise curriculum is perfect for introducing physical activity to any group setting.

    Germ City

    Find resources to share for promoting handwashing with children in schools, during fairs and festivals.
