This course is designed for students and professionals in child development and nutrition, child care staff and administrators, Head Start and Early Head Start staff, nutritionists, dietitians, extension educators, and food service workers.
Enrollment is open for Spring 2021 until the course begins in January. This 15-week, semester-based, 1-credit course has a cap of 20 students.
