Teachers & Classrooms
Our teacher-to-child ratio is determined on a room-by-room basis. Rooms are set up by age group from infants to pre-kindergarten. Each room is categorized by color. Explore our classrooms below or find your child's teacher here.
Our teachers plan weekly curriculum for the children that is Developmentally Appropriate and based on the children’s strengths, needs and interests. Throughout the day, teachers collect observation data they use to assess individual child development. These observations drive the next steps with curriculum while also using it to complete the child assessments.
Our program utilizes the My Teaching Strategies system for planning and completing checkpoint assessments for parents. Teachers meet with families twice a year to review family goals and share about the child’s progress in the program. In partnership with families, we also use the Ages and Stages Questionnaire as a screening tool for child development.
