Presidential search
The Board of Regents of University of Idaho has launched a search for the next president of University of Idaho.
The presidential search committee will assist the regents in identifying candidates to lead University of Idaho into its next chapter. The committee includes representatives of the regents, university community, alumni and other key stakeholders.
This website will serve as the central source for information and updates throughout the search process.

The following individuals will serve on the University of Idaho Presidential Search Committee:
- Shawn Keough — State board member, search committee chair
- Pete Koehler — State board member, search committee vice chair
- Chandra Zenner Ford — Senior associate to the president, center executive officer, Boise and Southwest Idaho, U of I
- Mya Pronschinske Groza — Professor of marketing and associate dean, College of Business and Economics, U of I
- Bill Gilbert — Alumnus, class of 1997
- Phil Reberger — Alumnus, class of 1964
- Clint Marshall — Chair, UI Foundation
- Mary Hasenoehrl — Owner, GKH Farms and partner, Gross Farms

The search committee will assist the regents throughout the presidential search process, including reviewing candidates, participating in interviews and providing recommendations to the board.

Idaho state board of education announces University of Idaho presidential search committee
BOISE, Idaho — The Idaho State Board of Education today announced the members of the search committee that will lead the effort to select University of Idaho's next president. President C. Scott Green announced on Sept. 9 that he will retire June 30, 2027.
State Board members Shawn Keough and Pete Koehler will lead the committee.
"We are grateful to these Vandals and community leaders for agreeing to serve," said State Board President Kurt Liebich. "President Green has put the university in a strong position, and we are committed to a thorough search that finds a leader who can build on that momentum."
Idaho law requires that every presidential search committee at a state institution include, at a minimum, two State Board members; two university employees, at least one of whom is a faculty member; two alumni; one member of the institution's foundation; and one at-large community member.
The University of Idaho presidential search committee members are:
