University of Idaho Benefits Advisory Group
Purpose
The Active Benefits Advisory Group is comprised of faculty and staff members who represent constituent employee groups across all University of Idaho locations.
The Retiree Benefits Advisory Group includes representatives from the University of Idaho Retirees Association (UIRA) who represent all UIRA members.
The advisory groups are independent of one another and work with university administrators and executives. Group members advise and make recommendations to senior leadership on what plan design changes, if any, should be considered or undertaken to ensure the active and retiree health plans meet the needs of the members and remain solvent, affordable and performing.
