Gardening and horticulture  

The UI Extension, Fort Hall Reservation offers a wide variety of horticultural programming. All our classes are hands-on so participants can return home and implement practices taught in class. Classes have included:

• Designing outdoor floral pots
• Designing windbreaks, tree selection and tree management
• Planting vegetable gardens and berries
• Lawn development and maintenance
• Weed, gopher and vole management
